Refund Policy
Everything we sell is built-to-order, so we do our best to ensure you get what you want the first time. Should you need to return your pedestal, please read below.
Returns
- We only accept returns of standard items (ie. items that can be purchased directly from our website). Custom orders are considered final sale and are therefore non-returnable.
- You may request a return for your PedestalSource.com order within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Not all orders are eligible for returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- We charge a 25% stocking fee.
- An additional 20% repacking fee may apply if the original product packaging is not reusable.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable, including the cost to ship the product to you and the cost to ship the item back to our facility.

Changing or Cancelling Orders
- Everything here is made-to-order. After 3 business days (including the day of purchase) that an order is placed, changes to your order may be subject to change-order fees.
- Cancelled orders that were paid with credit cards may be subject to a 3% fee of the original order amount.
- Please contact our customer service team for help if you have an urgent need.
Damages
- Please inspect your items upon arrival. If the box arrives damaged, please photograph the box prior to opening it.
- Photograph the exterior of the damaged box and the damaged item. Please make sure to save the packaging.

- Any damages due to shipping or manufacturing must be communicated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Any exchange requests will be handled as a return.
Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product in its original packaging to:
- Xylem Design, ATTN: RETURN, 309 Hickory Street, Fort Collins, CO, 80524, United States.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor do we claim responsibility for any damage that occurs on the delivery back to us. Damaged items will not be refunded and the customer will have to file a claim with the carrier.
